Customer Success Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an AI tech startup. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Success Analyst to support our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating, navigating and analyzing large data sets, and solving complex problems. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data sets for valuable patterns and gaps
  • Support team delivery of multiple client projects end-to-end (requirements gathering, execution, testing)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and project challenges
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test and enhance our products
  • Deliver effective verbal and written communications to clients and internal teams

Skills and Experience:

  • Analytical mindset with experience navigating, analyzing, and distilling large data sets
  • Capable problem solver, able to structure and successfully navigate ambiguous challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills of complex topics to internal teams and customers
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable to changing team and client needs
  • Aptitude / interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or software development
  • Experience / interest in Financial Services, Asset Management, or related industries
